Pennine HQ has been buzzing for the last two weeks! We are just recovering from our second successful Yorkshire beer festival at Catterick Racecourse, and we have also received news that we have been nominated for not one, but two different awards!

We first found out that have been nominated in the Flavour of Herriot Country Awards as the Locally Produced Beer of the Year. We are up against some stiff competition with our fellow nominees so to receive a nomination in this category makes us super proud!

We then discovered that we have also been shortlisted in the 2019, Deliciously Yorkshire Taste Awards in the Best Beer category with our Porter Celtic Hill. We submitted Celtic Hill for judging as it as it is a rich and flavoursome dark porter with hints of coffee and chocolate. Fingers crossed the tasting panel enjoy it as much as we do!

We are blown away by the recognition we are receiving, and we look forward to finding out and sharing how we get on in the next couple of months!

Both awards have got some amazing shortlisted nominations and to see our name up there with some of the best in the industry is a real achievement for us!

Thank you to everyone who supports Pennine Brewing Co, why don’t you pick yourself a bottle of Celtic Hill out and let us know what you think? You can find our bottled beers retailers here.
